Android 64bit platform, missing dccaarm64.exe?

Hi,

I installed Delphi 10.3.3 on Windows 10 64 bit.

i select android 64 bit platform. Delphi downloaded android sdk tools automatically. But it gives error "i couldn't find dccaarm64.exe". when i select android 32 bit, Delphi compiles successfully.

How could i find dccaarm64.exe?
