I am trying to install Rio CE on another computer. I used my CE serial number. The response is that I need a limit increase. I asked for one via the support form. Support replied that was for the commercial edition and that I should look in the CE forums/FAQ Answers.
I have searched but do not find an answer. (the Answers page has gone 404.)

I have tried several times but nothing to do. I think this is a loophole of Embarcadero to get new adepts. The first time is all simple, but when you need to reinstall on another pc( for any reason) the problems come out. I'm in the same condition (economically) of last year, so I'm eligible to get a new for another year but nothing is clear. Good luck!
