After forgetting about Delphi for a long while, due to persistent installation issues, I decided to give Delphi another go to see if it works. And now it installs fine, but my key for the community edition is rejected by the program, with the following message: No valid license information found for Embarcadero Delphi 10.3. You must provide a valid serial number in order to use Embarcadero Delphi 10.3. Do you want to run the registration wizard again? What should I do to activate the software?
The server team is working to resolve an issue with one of the licensing servers today.
Oh, so it's not something funky on my end. Good to know, and thanks for the fast reply.
The same at me. D
It's been three months, my copy still won't register.
I am having exactly the same problem, 9 April 2019. In the old days it was easy to contact Borland and get a helpful response.
Hi, it looks like you got your Community Edition registered today at 6:37AM
We're not showing any registration attempts under the email you have associated with your account here.
Can you confirm what email you're using (you can DM me) and what error message you see? Have you tried both direct registration and Web registration?
I don't know when 6.37 am was as you don't say what time zone. I certainly wasn't up then ! I have tried half-a-dozen times through the program and online. I can see that the software is registered to me in my account. But when I open the program, it asks for my serial, I copy and paste it from the email I was sent (which I have copied to the Win 10 Users/UserName/Documents/Embarcadero folder) click on Register and get told that no valid License information can be found. And I have had a good internet connection each time I have tried.
Still no progress on 12 April 2017. I am receiving emails from Embarcadero cheerfully inviting me to take advantage of various things they offer, but I can't run the program. It still says that no valid license can be found. Never had this problem with Delphi 3 up to 7.
Latest news: I had a "welcome to Delphi" 'phone call from Leanne at Codegear, who hadn't seen this thread, and when she asked if I had any problems with my new software explained why I couldn't even get it started. She advised me to uninstall, and reinstall from the original download. This worked like a charm, it started up without asking me to type in any codes and went straight into the introductory popups. Hooray, now I can get on. A big thank you to Leanne. I suggest others with the same problem try it. I don't know if its a Delphi issue or a Windows 10 issue, personally I strongly believe that the latter is to blame for almost everything.
Today I cannot register the RAD studio 10.3 community (Delphi) with the supplied serial key. It keeps saying no license is found for the supplied serial.
Followed @Caravelle advise to re-install and it is now OK.
Everything worked flawlessly for me, but then again I'm on Windows 7 ;-).
