This particular package is still missing, not available for download and installation in the GetIt Manager in the latest Rad Studio 10.3.
Without this package, I cannot upgrade my projects to the latest Rio 10.3.
When this package is likely to appear in the GetIt Manager of the 10.3 version ?
Did you ever get a resolution to this? I am facing the same problem.
talked to Matthias Eissing from Embarcadero Germany and he told that they will provide it but while take a while still. For me I decided if it takes too long I will extract the needed codes/functions and recompose it for my purpose in C++Builder. I cannot accept that we have to wait for weeks on this component though its free. The subscription is running and we cannot use it due to that missing component. We will see!
I am trying to migrate to Delphi Rio and this is the only thing I am missing to do so. I have a friend who I believe has it working. I am waiting to hear from him and will let you know if I make any progress.
Great to hear. I tried to change the version info inside the code and compilation. But I failed! Thank you!
Yes. I have resolved it in December last year, thanks to the great advice from our local Embarcadero consultant Nirav Kaku.
His advice was to get the OnGuard library directly from GitHub:
open it in Rio and install it the good ol' fashion way (how we did things before GetIt) .
Yes, I just successfully installed in this manner as well.
Not for me. In RAD C++Builder things seem to be completely different. Throws errors!
