This past week we’ve experienced a number of datacenter issues that have impacted RAD Studio 10.3.2 downloads, installations and registrations. We know that you are trying to get your hands on 10.3.2 and there are good reasons for it (we’ve received a lot of great input from customers on it), so we truly appreciate you patience.
We are working on this around the clock and expect a full resolution soon.
In the meantime, we have set up a new temporary GetIt server. This temporary server allows you to install add-ons via the GetIt Package Manager. This works regardless of the installer technology (ISO offline installer or GetIt web installer) used to install 10.3.2.
60+ add-ons are available right now, including RAD Studio add-ons and Embarcadero’s own components, along with a few popular third party packages, with the team working hard to make the full list of add-ons available soon.
To access the new GetIt system, you need to do the following:
1. Close RAD Studio 10.3.2
2. Open the Windows Registry Editor (regedit.exe) and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Embarcadero\BDS\20.0\CatalogRepository
3. Edit the value of the ServiceUrl key and enter https://getit-1032.embarcadero.comSee screenshot below for an example:
4. Do the same for the key:
Note: If you are on 32-bit version of Windows, set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Embarcadero\BDS\20.0\CatalogRepository\ServiceUrl
5. Close the Registry editor
6. Restart the RAD Studio IDE and use the GetIt Package Manager (Tools > GetIt Package Manager) as usual
In the GetIt Package Manager, you should see the packages below after following the steps above:
[7/31/2019 Update: We have a new 10.3.2 GetIt web-based installer available for you to download. This new installer will allow you to install 10.3.2 and also access the 10.3.2 add-on packages via the GetIt Package Manager. You can access the installer on CodeCentral. If you've already installed 10.3.2 with the offline ISO installer and updated your registry setting as outlined in this post, no action is needed at this time.]

If you used the web installer you willl have a Manage Platforms option on the tools menu. The Tee chart option is on the second tab of the presented dialog.
I need TeeChart components to compile my project on C++ Builder 10.3.2. Please add it to the GetIt repository!
I need TeeChart VCL components to compile my project, but I can't find it on this temporary GetIt Server.
Hello, I have this problem after installing version 10.3.2, I can not install any packages by Gitit, have any suggestions. Thank you!
I have fixed the problem.
I need FireDac add-on pack for Delphi 10.3.1. I can't do any work without it. When will server for older versions be back up?
On my machine there is no key "ServiceUrl" in the specified path. Any hints?
Install 10.3.2 from ISO.
I have the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Embarcadero\BDS\20.0\CatalogRepository but only 2 values:
- DisableAutoUpdate- InstalledLanguages
I haven't the value "ServiceUrl"
I haven't the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Embarcadero\BDS\20.0\CatalogRepository\ServiceUrl
I also get the "Error parsing events feed content" error in Welcome Page
For my own 10.3.1 install - this method works fine!
I just tried again - uninstalled the 'stub' of 10.3.2 that it had managed to somehow install (couldn't create projects, no options to do so). And then reinstalled - stopped at the same point with the same error as described.
Hi SarinaSo I just uninstalled 10.3.2 completely (ISO install) making sure I said to remove all regsitry entries etc.I ran the web install as you indicated, but no luck I am afraid. I get an error about corrupt files and I have had to abort the install. So I think now I have a half installed product which may be a worse scenario than I was in before. The error(s) I am getting are below. In case you can't see it in the images, it is on 'Downloading Delphi iOS Professional' (which I need for iOS development?). It says 'Downloaded 0.0 of 1.5MB at NAN KB/s' followed by "Operation error. Cannot load data from server: Problem extracting compressed file. Downloaded file seems to be corrupt". Retry doesn't work.Thanks.Trevor
Hi SarinaI used the ISO installer as it was the only one available at the time.I can certainly try the uninstall and reinstall using the GetIt installer.I will try that now and let you know if it was successful or not. Thanks for your help.Trevor
Will this fix work for 10.3.1 ... Tokyo, Berlin, Seattle versions too?
That registry key does not exist
1. The "CatalogRepository" does not exist
