Hi Sarina and David, Seriously, the delay in 64 bits support for MacOS and Android is not an good idea because I have other software vendor SDKs required latest version of MacOS and Xcode installed. If updated with latest MacOS version and Xcode, C++Builder 10.3.3 will not work any more and I cannot continue the development of the previous extension application submitted to Google last year.If I don't update to latest version of MacOS, I cannot use the latest SDKs provided by other software vendors.I am stuck now.I hope, Embarcadero can see the situation described, and pretty sure it will happen to all other C++Builder users as well.Looking forward for a great 10.4.x release soon.Thank you.
In GetIt is available new version FastReport vcl 6.7. It works.
I got it working.
Two things needed to be done.
1. The EdgeView 2 SDK needs to be installed (available through Getit package manager)
2. The Dev version of the latest edge needs to be installed to match the version of the SDK

Yes, Already using that
Unimpressed with Builder 10.4 Professional. No android 64 support. No MacOS support at all. Android 32 project that previously worked now won't install due to changes in SDK. Importing settings from previous version does not work and requires re-install. Some GetIt packages not available in this version (Kanopka, Radiant Shapes to name two.) I pay the same as a Delphi dev, so why do I only get half the product?
Hi Sarina, when the Delphi community 10.4 will available?
Unimpressed with Builder 10.4.
Did not try mysefl, not sure it will help, but did you install chromium version of edge first ? support.microsoft.com/.../download-the-new-microsoft-edge-based-on-chromium
"increased non-compliant usage of Community Edition"How do you know that?
Like okan.ozcan, I am a hobbyist, and I have been using it since the days of Turbo Pascal 2, I think it was. I bought those, because in those days it was a fair price for a hobbyist. The problem I have is that when the one-year CE licence was due for renewal, we HAD TO use the latest edition (even having to redownload and reinstall even though it had already been upgraded to that). Now they decide that CE user don't get to use the latest edition without telling us, getting our hopes up and causing, as Andrew N said, us to waste time trying to figure out why we couldn't get it.
Thanks for clarifying, Sarina. It's annoying that there are non-compliant downloads. I have been using Community for a small hobby project with a relative, and I'm encouraging my company to get 10.4 pro.
Thanks. I was getting really irritated.
Get this error when trying to run the sample edge browser app
I do not believe it is true. From my point of view, Embarcedero had lost a major part of the market last decades. Yes, Delphi and C++ Builder are amazing products, but:- Delphi x86 compiler is not optimized well and it was never been.- We had major problems with HighDPI displays. Hopefully, it is done.- There are a number of free alternatives available on a market. So to grab their piece of the market back Embarcader should be very thankful for everyone, who is actively using their products. It will increase their market share place and it will bring them more paid customers later. it is Embarcadero's business model decision, but I can't understand that in full.Nevertheless, I want to say thank Embarcadero for the great product they have. I wish them the best.
