Today, we released two patches for Delphi, C++Builder and RAD Studio 10.3. They are available as registered user downloads.
December 2018 IDE Patch for 10.3
This patch fixes a few issues related with the RAD Studio IDE in 10.3, including problems building an UWP app for the Windows Store, missing application configuration options in C++Builder, the lack of DBExpress Enterprise drivers in Data Explorer and an incorrect configuration for the Android NDK.

December 2018 RAD Server Database Migration Patch for 10.3
RAD Server offers automatic migration of its database. The version in 10.3 can successfully migrate the database from 10.2.3, but not from older versions, limiting the migration of existing projects (in development or already deployed). This patch fixes the problem, allowing automatic migration from older versions of the database in the RAD Server (EMS) Upgrade Wizard.
This patch only applies to Enterprise and Architect edition users.

I saw your bug report here (https://quality.embarcadero.com/browse/RSP-24265), and thankyou for entering a bug report.
In this situation, the issue is that there are two modules in the project both called 'fmx': the FMX package, and your own app which was also called FMX. This likely confused the linker. I saw your already found the solution, which is to name your project differently.
The C++BUILDER 10.3.1 cannot link an android source with the error: [ldandroid Error] "ld" exited with code 1. Why each version released had so many error or issues, the compile is just a simple android form it works on Windows but not Android.I already created report to quality portal, but my previous issues had been told not ready until next version and seeing such slow support it affects my development work and I really have to re-consider to renew the subscription license. Please help to resolve the issues fast, is not cheap to pay for the maintenance license. TQ
I hope developers are working in a patch to make stable and faster Delphi Rio IDE please. Confirm. Best regards
It is also driving me nuts
When will you fix the inline variable IDE bug? The IDE editor shows inline code as being erroneous, with red wavy lines underneath. It makes it very difficult to see where there might be an actual, real, code error before you compile. Happens only the first time an inline variable is declared, but still very annoying.
Compiling my existing packages with Rio results in dcc32 Error E2621. Already any fixes to that?
