Over on the new Embarcadero Blogs site, we are compiling a directory of Delphi & C++Builder communities around the web.
We will continue to expand that list to make it easier for you to find an active and vibrant developer community to join and find answers to your questions. this Idera developer tools community platform is deprecated and going away in the near future. All the blog content is migrated, and we are working on an archive solution for the Q&A content too.

Which is fine for the Delphi community it appears, but not so much for the C++Builder community. Also, how are you "supporting" these communities (other than posting a link)? Contributions to even this community forum from Embarcadero staff are negligible. Which is why a decent community forum is necessary.
The other communities existed before this one, and some are more active. So while I understand it would be nice if they were all in one place, that isn't the reality. So we could keep competing with them putting our effort and expense into maintaining a community, or we could let the community run the community and we could support them instead.
Where is French community
Err ! To be honest communities (even if I am not fan of)
"I can see C++Builder grinding to its death" - C++Builder already died once before, after BCB 6. It came back as a zombie in BDS 2006, and has been dragging along ever since.
So for C++Builder there is only one site that I can see - Stack Overflow. It is hardly ever used. I'm not usually a pessimistic person but without any sort of community I can see C++Builder grinding to its death.
Not sure how having random scattered sites all over the web is better than having one focused place like the current site that is getting deprecated.
