The Stellar VCL Style is part of the new premium styles introduced in 10.3.1. It includes Normal or Dark themes. Once installed you will find these files two style files in your styles folder:
To install Stellar VCL Style, just make sure you are updated to 10.3.1, launch RAD Studio, then go Tools ➜ GetIt Package Manager, and you will find VCL Style - Stellar 1.0.

Solved with help from Embarcadero: deleted all *.vsf files from the SUBfolders of 20.0\Styles\ i.e. from \Android, \iOS, \Linux, \MacOS and \Win folder. Did not touch the *.vsf files in the main \Styles folder.
Done. And when doing so, I found that you yourself also reported this issue with Calypso, Stellar and other styles in March already

Stellar seems corrupted, also after uninstall, check it has gone and reinstall. In a blank project, at options > apperance > preview, it also pops up distorted. See image, with Stellar (distorted) en Wedgewood Light (fine). Any suggestion how to solve this?
Are you on 10.3.1?
I don't see it. I can see 23 styles listed, including premiums for VCL and FMX but no mention of stellar?
