We are very excited to announce the release of Delphi, C++Builder and RAD Studio 10.3.2.
10.3 Rio Release 2 (also known as 10.3.2) builds on the feature set of 10.3 and 10.3.1 by adding new capabilities throughout the product. Delphi 10.3.2, C++Builder 10.3.2 and RAD Studio 10.3.2 are now available for any active Update Subscription customer.

Where can i download the FMX Linux package for 10.3.2 as the Get it server is down for days now?
Hi, after the GetIt server problem, I need to ask you if you have plans for add Spanish language support for the IDE? It would be very appreciated.
I tried to download the updates but this site (cc.embarcadero.com) not responding. Is not the first time we had this situation. Do you have problems? When could I download my updates? thank you
till now....always too slow. Is not possible!
Thank you Sarina, great news.
Many thanks Roger. Let me know the outcome, I would try myself but swamped.
We are planning to upgrade our build machine to the Windows Server 2019. Does anyone know if Rio 10.3.2 has been tested there? Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
macOS 32-bit and Android 32-bit are available for installation with C++Builder 10.3.2.
Regarding Android support, I would recommend you have a look at this post:
Hi Marko, Just watched the webinar on "what's new in 10.3.2" and all the 32 bit build platforms were present in one of the slides. The improvements in IDE response looked good so I will give this installation a go - next week (I am at a customer's site for the rest of this week - no time to be trying anything fancy!).
Given that from August, C++ Builder will not be able to develop apps for Android and MacOS platforms, are these platforms removed from 10.3.2 or will they still remain. I cannot consider updating to 10.3.2 if these platforms are missing, as means I cannot do anymore work.
Has anyone installed C++ Builder 10.3.2 Professional noted what Platforms can be installed?
Yes I have the same problem here.
I affraid this version is still NOT availabe due to not fixed issues.
https://cc.embarcadero.com/reg/delphi has problems:
Unable to complete network request to host "etnaedndb02.embarcadero.com:3046". Failed to establish a connection. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
web installer still cannot fech packages...
I happily downloaded ISO installer before problems started.....
...but I suspect installer is broken - product is installed but without ANY additional platforms: win64,android nor linux64 etc... There is no "Platform and Extensions Manager" link on "start here" screen nor "Manage platforms" item in "Tools" menu.
I think they've already shared a roadmap showing they are working hard on Android 64 right now.
