We’ve received a lot of great feedback on 10.3.2 so far. As you may be aware, we’ve been experiencing server issues. The demand for 10.3.2 has been great, and we’re working on resolving the server issues as soon as possible.
Our IT team is hard at work restoring servers such as GetIt (for web based installation), Code Central (for downloads), Member services (for new account registration), Quality Portal (for bug reports), and Support. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Our recommendation is to wait a few more days until all servers are back in full capacity before installing 10.3.2. If you want to install immediately and are an existing customer, you can use the following cloud based ISO download link to download and install 10.3.2:
This offline installer can be used for any edition / SKU of RAD Studio, including Professional, Architect and Enterprise, and both Delphi and C++Builder. It is not supported for Community Edition.
We generally recommend that you use the same installer technology when installing a point release, so here are some tips if you currently have 10.3 or 10.3.1 installed with the GetIt installer before installing 10.3.2 with the offline installer:
Trial customers and new customers:
Update: Trial customers and new customers generally need to create a new EDN account on the members services website. The members site is now up and running, so you should be able to create a new account and install using the ISO link above.
7/29 Update: If you're looking to install 10.3.2 add-ons via the GetIt Package Manager, please see https://community.idera.com/developer-tools/b/blog/posts/temporary-10-3-2-getit-server-for-installing-10-3-2-add-on-packages
[7/31/2019 Update: We have a new 10.3.2 GetIt web-based installer available for you to download. This new installer will allow you to install 10.3.2 and also access the 10.3.2 add-on packages via the GetIt Package Manager. You can access the installer on CodeCentral. If you've already installed 10.3.2 with the offline ISO installer and updated your registry setting as outlined here to point to the new GetIt server, no action is needed at this time.]
Finally was able to perform a successful normal web install of 10.3.2 this morning on 2016-08-16. No server connection issues.
Hello David. I have just updated to 10.3.2 from 10.1.2 (which had the similar problem). Do you know a version (newer that 10.1.2) that would allow me to show/inspect local variables? What about 10.3.1, does it have the same problem?)
2019-08-14 and 15, web installer not working. Platform Selection phase: Problem loading data. Cannot load data from server: Internal Server Error. Will using the ISO installer screw up anything? If ok, then do I remove registry settings when asked that question since it tends to say that registry settings are not compatible between installer types (why??)
the server is still down on 08/08/2019. How long do you expect?
hi, while I expected some issues with updating already installed/registered Delphi CE 10.3, it went totally hassle-free. Simply downloaded 10.3.2 web installer, it asked immediatelly to delete previous version (done immediatelly too, at least no delay) and then I added all platforms to win32 detected, insluding all SDK/NDKs and then it only took time to get 3G but there was NO issues. I have no experience with projects in new delphi, nothing to migrate/test yet, but at least there was no problems to update to lastest hopefully deeply FIXED IDE... I hope :-) tnx
Support ? Which support ? Embarcadero actually doesn't have a support service. But i got some help from Antonio Estévez and could compile the project. I should have deleted the second line of ilink32.cfg file. There were 2 lines of code ;C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\20.0\lib\win32\release;C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\20.0\lib\win32\release\psdk
Good to see the web installer back. However ... after installing using the Web or ISO based installer, I get linker errors if I double click on a .cbproj file to open C++ Builder. Everything is fine if I launch the App using "C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\20.0\bin\bds.exe" "-pCBuilder". Also I get the Platform Manager run each time which I do not want. I am using 32 bit windows, C++ only install options, Professional version. Have others seen this issue?
The web installer is now available, or at least it was yesterday, I've had no reason to check today.
I think it would be wise to follow the advice and use the web installer.

I am not aware of this issue. Please file a bug in Quality Portal (quality.embarcadero.com) with steps to reproduce the issue.
I am trying to use that updated installer. It is giving me the following warnings:"Previous Installation performed with different Installer
We have detected an existing installation of 10.3 on your system using the [GetIt Web Installer / Offline ISO Installer], but you are currently using [opposite].
It is recommended that you use the same installer to proceed with this installation.Would you like to continue anyway?"
and then (next dialog):"... remove RAD Studio 10.3 entries from your registry? YES/NO (radiobuttons)Note: it is recommended that you use the same installer (offline installer or web installer) to re-install an update since the registry settings will not be compatible"
Can it do any harm to just ignore these warnings?
The link https://cc.embarcadero.com/item/30881 does not open for me. Anyone else got the same problem?
it works. Thanks ;)
We’ve gotten some reports from customers that installing the macOS 64-bit platform for Delphi or RAD Studio (for the Delphi personality) is resulting in the platform not being visible for new or existing projects in the IDE if 10.3.2 is installed on a system with an existing Delphi or RAD Studio license key. This is not an issue when installing 10.3.2 on a new system.
