I have to get a list of all users and there calendar permissions. Every site i find says to use get-mailboxfolder command. The issue im running into is that it seems the powershell 4.0 i just downloaded doesnt have that as a option.
Any idea as to why or anther way to get this list.

PowerShell will never has all the commandlets for all products by default. That is not it's purpose.
AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, etc.. all have their own and you either have to be on the server to use them or you need to use PowerShell Remoting to those servers to bring those to your workstation to use them. And PoSH remoteing has to be enabled on those servers before you can do this.
