How to add or merge two html pages into one html page.

Hi 

How to use get-content command to get the multiple html pages and form a single new html page with these two pages in power shell command.

example:

I have Test1.html and Test2.html files

I want to merge these two pages into single page sample.html

Quick response would be highly appreciated.
