I have a transactional web monitor for a website , and i need to calculate the downtime for last month…
I can see availability since the monitor was created , but there are no options on how to calculate for specific dates…
Hi Cristian,You can generate a report or graph for any specific date you like.There are a couple of different ways to get the downtime of a monitor.
– You can setup an SLA for that monitor/site– You can setup an Application for that monitor/site– You can also just run the New “Incident Priority” report in the latest service pack (5.2)
Just click on the Reports tab > Incident Priority > select the date/time, system, and hit Print to Screen.The Incident Priority report also works best when you have more systems to report on as well.Let me know if that works for you.

Not a problem.Just for anybody else reading this, what did you end up going with?
What i did was:
– You can setup an SLA for that monitor/site..– Then created a nice and shiny report.. (which i obviously showed off around the office… )
