Does idera not monitor and support their own forums? I see questions in here from 4+ years ago that go unanswered even from the community. If our questions aren't answered here, where are we supposed to find answers?

This community was intended to be used as a means for community members to help each other out. Support directly from IDERA is meant to be obtained through their support team.
