The report does not return any results. I always receive the same message.
"There isn't enough data in the repository to display useful information in this report"
I just opened a ticket for the same message different reports
so I'm not the only one with this problem ...
The message basically says that the data that is used to generate the report doesn't exist in the repository. If you're on 10.4.0.3432, I would recommend upgrading to 10.4.2. The 10.4.0.3432 build had a bug where some database metrics were not being gathered. The 10.4.2 release fixed the bug along with some other important fixes. The release is not available on the customer share and you'll need to contact support in order to obtain the download for the 10.4.2 upgrade.

EricE - Did Idera support help with this issue? I am having the same issue.
This may be related to an issue i reported in April of 2020. If you have a database that is offline, data collection on database information will fail, thus you get this error message when trying to review database related information. I haven't heard when they were going to patch the issue.
I asked, the fix for offline databases preventing database information collection is not included in the latest version of 10.6.3.
