Diagnostic manager can no longer connect to any of our servers. 

  • The version of SQLDM was available for a very short period of time as 10.3.1.XXX was released shortly after the initial release. The 10.3.1.XXX version fixed some issues that caused high resource consumption by the SQLDM components. I suspect that this is what you are encountering based on the exception code. I'd recommend upgrading to the latest version, which is currently 10.4.0.XXXX. Before doing so, I'd recommend reaching out to IDERA's support as there are some patches that are available for the 10.4.0.XXXX version. Once you obtain the patches, upgrade to 10.4 then apply those patches.
