KB: How to use a SQL DM repository database other than "SQLdmRepository"

Per the forum post "SQL Diagnostic Manager repository database needs to be named "SQLdmRepository"", SQL DM Performance Insights currently supports only SQM DM repository databases with the default name "SQLdmRepository".

A workaround is to navigate to the directory "C:\Users\{username}\.azuredatastudio\extensions\idera.sqldm-performance-insights-0.3.2\out\sql" and search-and-replace on "SQLdmRepository" in all of the SQL queries and replace it with the renamed SQL DM repository database name.

There is only one occurrence of this SQL script per extension installation. That is, this workaround supports only a single custom name for the SQL DM repository databases for the extension installation.
