New client uses Idera Free Backup


I have picked up a client who has used Idera backup for a long time.  Their former 'Computer Guy' is no longer available.  Their server is SBS 2003. I am migrating them to Essentials 2016.  Unfortunately, I am unable to log into the backup manager on the old server.  The username and password are not available.  Is there a tool to reset this, so I might view the setup and access the former data?
