I have a person in my group that has the following issue/symptoms.
They can't login to repository from Data Architect.
They can login to Team server
I can login to repository from their desktop.
We are using an SQL Server DB for the repository.
Any thoughts or suggestions welcome.

The right ports aren't specified with in the client tool of ERDA: http://docwiki.embarcadero.com/ERStudioDA/170/en/How_to_Specify_Repository_Ports
Or a number of other possible hiccups that our tech support team can assist with.
