i want to know why getdate() different then executed time.
thanks all before answer.
Which database? getdate() returns the system time for the database which might not be the same time as your local ADS machine.
Hope that helps,
my institution db . getdate() returned true value.
local ads machine installed my personal computer and i use windows 10 and so my local computer time is true likewise call-up getdate().
i hope i made my self clear.
Which database is your company using? MS SQL Server? Sybase? Oracle? So if you test the getdate() on your database, you get the correct time. When you run getdate() in ADS, there is a one hour difference.
Sybase IQ . I want to know why happen an hour difference . As a matter of fact it not too much important for me but i was wondering.
By the way I find a solution . My country is not using summer and winter clocks .
I am in Turkey, thereby world time behind a hour different. (ISTANBUL +3 use all four season.)
I am glad that you found the reason for the discrepancy.
Good to hear.
