Hi guys, im looking to get alert emails sent to our ITSM call logging tool to log incidents for us to work with.
Trick is that I only want mails to go to our system if there is a warning or failure etc.
I tried configuring it so that it only sends alerts on critical, and warning (and not unknown and recover) but im still getting more mail than I want.
How do I go about configuring it so that I dont get the acknowlegement emails, and 'everythings back to normal' emails etc – I just want warning and critical ones to get sent to our system.
