Idera SQL Safe Backup not working in Local and Azure Blob

Backup are not working below scenario


While taking backup in Local

Cannot open backup device 'E:BackupPFBADEV044_SQL2017DEV_MeregeRepl_3May_Sub_Full_201905151620.safe'. Operating system error 0x80070003(The system cannot find the path specified.) 

While taking backup in Azure Blob

Cannot open backup device 'tsm:@:1500?id='. Operating system error 0x80070003(The system cannot find the path specified.).

Any help?
