I am doing a trial of SQL Safe, and have got as far as setting up a backup policy for one of my servers. The job runs (for about 15 minutes) and then fails with the above error message. I have applied the licensing patch, but it has made no difference. Any clues what I can try next.
Few quick suggestions.

2. During your trial of SQL Safe you do have access to technical assistance via the IDERA SE Team. You can reach out to them by visiting this link: https://www.idera.com/support/trialsupport, selecting "SQL Product Line", and completing the info being requested. Once submitted, someone from the team will reach out to assist you.
3. You can also reach out to your IDERA Account Manager, and they can facilitate getting you the assistance you require, set up a demo, etc. If you are not sure who your IDERA Account Manager is at this time, you can email email@example.com and they will route your inquiry to the correct person.
