Disk Performance Stats Not Working

Greetings! I was recently giving access to Uptime for monitoring an on-premise SharePoint 2013 farm. Our company is running Uptime version 7.7.2. Being new to Uptime, I looked around all the features available, and I noticed that Disk Performance Stats doesn't work for any of the servers. An error message displays "Database is not responding …" Clicking on the error, and it expends error in detail:

I've since reached out to the company POC, but I haven't heard anything back yet. In the meantime, I've also searched the community forum and the web but didn't find any hits. Is there anything that I can do to troubleshoot the error? Thank you.
