On version 10.2, when going through Help-manage license, we get the error: "External Component has thrown an exception (License4Net)". So we cant enter our keys to the product.
If we open License manager, going to View License, we use our portal credentials, we get the error: "The idera license manager service is not reachable right now. Please check your internet connection or follow the link below". The link on that error opens the browser, which then I can log in to the portal successfully.
If we goto Help-> Check for updates, we get the error: "Version Check. You have entered an invalid product version".
What can I do to get the product working. I have searched the KB's and those dll change solutions dont apply to us, the directories outlined does not exist on that server.
You really need to open a support case as that issue will require some specific diagnosis by a Support Engineer.
