Our upgrade to Teamserver V17 has hit a road block. We are getting the following error:
"Installation folder cannot be empty"
Any way to resolve this? I have opened a support ticket, but as this is production issue we have limited time to resolve it, before we have to revert back to older version.
We are getting the exact same error upgrading to 17.0.1.
Did you ever get a resolution?
We didn't get time to work on it. We initially tried to upgrade from 16 to 17, but it was buggy. Tried to do a clean install on a new VM, encountered the above issue. Will work with Idera support as soon as we get some time.
