I'm working with a model reverse engineered from an SQL Server database that contains a table named dbo.Status as well as a table named Sync.Status.
How can I programmatically select Sync.Status?
Am I stuck looping thru all the tables for every lookup? Now that I realize this is a problem I can never assume .Item("name") is ever going to return the correct object.
Replace "Physical" with the name of the Physical Model that contains Sync.Status
That's the only physical model there is.
I can't seem to find a good way to do this. The only way to guarantee you'll get the object you want with the correct name and owner is to get the Entity based on the ID or GUID.
I was really afraid of that.
It means looping thru all the entities till I match on both Owner and Name:(Thanks for confirming it though.
